01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 7beted website at https://7beted.net (hereinafter "the Platform"), including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or contacting customer support, you ("the Player" or "User") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately. 7beted reserves the right to deny access to the Platform to any individual who does not comply with these terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all versions of the Platform, including the desktop website, the mobile-optimised web interface, and any future application interfaces made available by 7beted. References to "7beted", "we", "us", or "our" throughout this document refer to the operator of the 7beted platform.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the 7beted platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period of account usage.
• You are registering and using the Platform as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement on the 7beted platform or on any other gambling platform operated by the same group.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment at the time of placing bets or making financial transactions.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by 7beted for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legally permissible under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

7beted reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure at 7beted's discretion.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 7beted platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact support at [email protected] immediately.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladesh-registered mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 KYC Verification

7beted operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit copies of identity documents, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification protects both the player and the integrity of the Platform. Refusal to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to the account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 7beted will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify 7beted immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 7beted will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain appropriate security over their login credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered, for an additional layer of account protection.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7beted accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment channels listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Card payments via Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to availability. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the Player's account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the account cashier section.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's 7beted account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Withdrawals to mobile financial service accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 30 minutes of the withdrawal request being approved during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.4 Payment Method Ownership

All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 7beted account holder. This policy is applied without exception to prevent fraud and money laundering.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

7beted offers a variety of promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is presented. In all cases, the following general bonus principles apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Any bonus balance or associated winnings not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• 7beted reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or manipulation.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through coordinated wagering strategies, arbitrage, or collusion will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only. For all other matters, these Terms & Conditions govern.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the 7beted platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the Platform's sports betting rules section. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports market, 7beted's decision — informed by the official result data from the recognised governing body of the relevant sport — will be final and binding.

Cricket betting, including markets on BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events, is subject to the cricket-specific rules published on the Platform. Key provisions include: match abandonment rules, Duckworth-Lewis method application for weather-affected matches, and the treatment of player substitutions on player performance markets.

6.2 Casino & Instant Games

All casino games, live dealer games, slots, fishing games, and instant games available on 7beted use certified random number generators (RNG) provided by internationally accredited software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by 7beted or any third party after a game round has commenced.

In the event of a game malfunction — including a disconnection during a live game round — the round may be declared void and the bet amount returned to the Player's account. 7beted will not be liable for winnings claimed on the basis of a demonstrably malfunctioning game. All game history is recorded and available for review in the Player's account transaction log.

6.3 Bet Acceptance

7beted reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet was placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error; the bet was placed after an event had already commenced without the Player's knowledge; or the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet was placed in bad faith or as part of a coordinated scheme to exploit pricing errors.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7beted platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account to circumvent restrictions placed on your own account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any automated system to access the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or RNG vulnerabilities — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or matched betting designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
• Colluding with other players or Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Attempting to hack, penetrate, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, security systems, or databases.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, where the Player is aware of that prohibition.
• Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity or using the Platform to conceal the origin of funds.

7beted employs industry-standard fraud detection tools and works cooperatively with payment providers to identify and prevent prohibited conduct. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be acted upon swiftly and without prior notice to the account holder.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7beted platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, images, software, game interfaces, data structures, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7beted or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from 7beted.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Platform content.
• Use 7beted's name, logo, or brand identity in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 7beted's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies. Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing arrangements with 7beted.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7beted, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its features.
• Any errors, interruptions, delays, or technical failures affecting Platform availability.
• Losses arising from the outcome of any game or sporting event, including casino games, sports bets, and instant games.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures outside 7beted's direct operational control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 7beted makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, it does not warrant that the Platform will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Players are advised to maintain appropriate device-level security software.

10 Account Closure & Termination

10.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 7beted account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the payment method on record, subject to standard KYC verification checks. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — because gambling is causing harm — you may request a self-exclusion period of a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. We encourage any player who feels they need a break to use this option without hesitation.

10.2 Closure by 7beted

7beted reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, if:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity is detected on the account.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months and holds a zero or de minimis balance.
• 7beted is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a relevant authority.

Where an account is closed by 7beted due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, any associated account balance may be forfeited. Where closure occurs for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player in due course.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gambling contract law. In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 7beted's customer support team at [email protected]. 7beted will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly, fairly, and in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through a recognised alternative dispute resolution process. 7beted will cooperate fully with any such process. 7beted does not make representations regarding jurisdiction-specific legal entitlements; Players are advised to seek independent legal counsel if they believe they have a legal claim.

In all matters relating to the interpretation of game outcomes, bet settlements, and Platform rules, the records maintained in 7beted's server logs shall be considered the authoritative source of truth in the absence of a demonstrable technical error.

12 Amendments to These Terms

7beted reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7beted will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Where changes are significant, 7beted may additionally notify registered Players via the email address on their account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
